Why I Do what I do
I got into coaching because discovering health changed my life. It made me happier, more confident, and gave me a deeper love for myself. But it didn’t start that way. Like so many women, I first found health through punishment—overtraining, restriction, and chasing a version of myself I didn’t even like.
When I finally shifted into caring for my body with compassion instead of criticism, everything changed. That’s when I fell in love with coaching—not just for the workouts or meal plans, but for the opportunity to help other women move from self-judgment to self-respect.
Over time, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t just about physical health. It’s emotional. It’s mental. It’s soul-deep. And that’s the heart of Radiate Wellness—to help you nourish every part of who you are so you can feel strong, grounded, and radiant from the inside out.
